Good people! Easy to work with, I recommend and possibly go back there for a new car when I am ready to purchase another car! They do title and tag all right there in their office!
Fantastic and honest car dealership! I went to Car Guys in Lenoir because of their long term reputation of taking care of their customers selling reliable cars in all price ranges. They get people financed like me, recently divorced with damaged credit. Salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly and are not pushy because who likes to be stalked like at the other dealerships! Not me!
Josh was extremely helpful in finding a car in my budget. I went in just browsing at the inventory and couldn't afford a car right then, he kept me informed of the cars that came in and made sure to contact me when "the one" came in. It was exactly what I was looking for and in my price range! Josh makes the customer feel like they are the only thing on his mind. He is very knowledgeable about the inventory and has no problem telling you that if he doesn't know something, he will find it out. I Loved everything about my experience here.
