Decent service at best, but the staff does not care, they are disrespectful, and treat people like they are stupid. these people will go to hell for the way they scam people. They treat their business like a trash disposal service, and treat their customers like gold then after you pay they do not need to respect you anymore because they got what they needed, so they toss your loved ones in like an old bag of garbage and go on to scam other people.
Best funeral home in Caldwell County! Love that it is family owned and operated. The staff is very compassionate, loving, willing to help in any way, and they take care of every need of grieving families. Will not use another funeral home!
I would not recommend them to help bury a gold fish. Insensitive. Domineering. Glad that my brother did not punch one of them in the nose last night.
