I just did not deserve to be talked to the way I was and treated like I was. After my follow up appointment this coming week i will not be seen by this doctor again. To be a doctor like he is i would assume that he would have more understanding for this kind of thing,this kind of pain. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone I know.
Dr. Evans did my surgery on the 13th. During the office visits I had with him prior to my surgery he was decent, after my surgery I can't say the same. When he came to see me on the 14th he was very rude, and cold and his bedside manner was horrible. He talked down to me because I was in a LOT of pain after I had the surgery..i mean after I woke up on the 13th I was in horrible horrible pain. I was told on the 14th before I went home that I could take 1-2 of my pain medication depending on my pain because of how bad I was still hurting and that it would not be a problem if I had to call Dr. Evans for another prescription. So thats what I did on the today. Dr. Evans was very rude and talked to me like I was the scum of the earth because I'm still in pain. He told me and I quote " I know you just had surgery and your going to be in pain so deal with it I'm not giving you anything else. Deal with the pain." I could understand if I called a week after my surgery saying I'm in pain but my surgery was on the 13th. I can't help that I'm still hurting as bad as I am. I wished I wasn't. Maybe if he hadn't of been so rough with me I wouldn't be hurting and I know he had to be rough because I had huge bruises on the back of my thighs and that area didn't have anything to do with my surgery. I also had a hand print as a bruise on the back of my upper thigh. My neck and shoulders hurt very bad afterwards too.
