I was visiting Lenoir for a few days and needed some shirts cleaned within a short period of time and the people here were so accommodating & kind that they dry cleaned the shirts within 24 hours. Sincerely appreciate them going above & beyond to help me out.
I went in hoping to get my boyfriends suit tailored and cleaned. The lady, didn't even bother to touch the suit and said she could not. She hardly said anything or even suggested a second option. For my first and last experience here I would at least expect her to TOUCH the suit to give me a final answer but with one look it threw a negative experience. It's hard to support a small business when the customer service right off the bat is negative.
They do a wonderful job on dry cleaning!
They do not dry clean leather or swede.
Got some pants hemmed. They did such a good job I brought more in last week!
