It's really a quiet and decent hotel.. My only problem with them is that as soon as you leave to go to work or whatever you are going to do the owner will go directly to your room and turn your air conditioning or heat off every single time even when you tell them that when u get back from work in the evening it's hotter that heck in there and takes a few hrs to cool down... Other than that it's a really decent hotel in Lenoir N.C.
Best place we've been able to stay, so so clean!!! The room smelled like roses. The beds, the a/c, showers etc clean! And such great friendly service right from the start. Good price while dealing with an evacuation.
Great place to stay. Plenty of parking and open space around this property. I used google map to looked at this hotel. Pizza is next door and it's very convenient. There are name brand hotels in town but this one go the best taste. Will stay here again.
Friday Nov 24th and Saturday Nov 25th myself and a friend stayed in your Motel sharing a room. We were both to pay for one night each. The day we checked out the young man tried to bill my friend for both days. I brought that to the young mans attention and he corrected it. I then paid my bill and failed to look at the total charged amount because I thought for sure that he wouldn't charge me for both days... I just saw today that I was billed $155.00. This is unacceptable and I need one day refunded immediately. Have someone call me to confirm my refund please. I have emailed you as well. Oh by the way. The orange juice that was in the refrigerator was spoiled! The room was also falling apart in need of major repair. At least it didn't smell of smoke or mold.
The hotel was easy to find. The Staff Was Nice and helpful.The room had nice carpet,beds where clean and made. The bath sink had pop splash in it. The bath area was clean except for the tub and shower walls where dirty.
