The meals that kim and Jeremy make are delicious and trouble free. No dishes or soapy water required and the trays are disposable and compact . Sticking to a meal plan is tantamount to success. I weighed 261 initially when I first began meal prep. By staying 100% to perfect portions I managed to drop 30 lbs with the same routine In record time. Although sticking to a meal plan 100% is something I struggle with occasionally, as I love food , I do not regret this service at all. I'm more knowledgeable about portion sizes and I feel confident that even as I move away from lenoir nc in the near future that I'll be on the right track.
