Cashier was extremely polite and fast at taking my order but the kitchen staff took almost 20 minutes to make 3 soft tacos and nachos. They were all standing around talking in the kitchen which is why it took them so long to make my order. By the time they got the tacos down and I got my food and sat down to eat the nachos were cold. When I asked them if they could make new ones I got an attitude for them and was told only if I bought more.
Was by there last Thursday for a drive thru order. Manager was outside changing sign, so he heard me order. Placed an order for 12 pk. Soft taco. Got home and all 12 were hard shell. Receipt was correct. Called back & spoke to manager- he apologized & said my name would be placed on list- he indeed heard me order & to come by anytime to redeem. Sent my daughter by today. Was told my name was not on list. I called & spoke to a different manager & said he would need a receipt for proof. I was never told that so naturally so I’m out of luck. Last several times I’ve been there, inside or out- the orders have been wrong. So, please check your orders carefully and keep your receipt if you plan on going back!
I could understand if they were crowded but they we not. I guess when you only have an hour lunch break and they take 30 min of it...
It's taco bell. This specific taco bell has very friendly attentive staff, is clean, well maintained and in good centrally located area. Can be difficult to pull out of parking lot in peak traffic times.
Edit: It seems they finally got better, now if the lines would go just a little quicker. Food is good though.
Absolute worse restaurant in Caldwell country. Constant order mess up. Order one thing get another. Management is a joke!!! When is right the food is good. But how do you expect people in a 30 min lunch break to get things fixed. They need to clean house and hire new management.
I waited far too long for someone to even acknowledge I was even there. ( There was No one else in the restaurant ) I almost walked out... Then my order was taken and not started for 6 minutes. Again, I was the only one there.
