I have always took My Dog Coby to this amazing veterinarian business since he was a puppy. Outstanding staff and Doctors are spot on.
Went out of their way 4 yrs ago when we had to put our furry best friend down. They were very sympathetic and professional during the process. A few weeks later I received a sympathy card in the mail from them. Definitely made me all misty eyed again.
Our dogs have always received exceptional care here, from severe aortic stenosis to heart worms they always know the best route of care. Our animals are treated like family here and are vetted as if they were the vets own animal. Freddie has always gone above and beyond to help our fur babies when sick or hurt. We love Caldwell Animal Hospital!
Terrible! We came in with our cat that has swollen lymph nodes and they did practically nothing! Said it was just fat when it CLEARLY isn't! We are out $80 and our cat is getting worse everyday! I am so angry, frustrated, and worried about our fur baby. Now we have to find another vet and pay for ANOTHER examination to find out what is wrong. They also were very rough with our cat which I did not appreciate. He is the most loving and sweet cat I have ever met and there was no reason to treat him that way. They could have been having a bad day but I did not get the impression that they cared about our pet or were knowledgeable in their field. They talked to us and stood around like we were the veterinarians and acted like we should have the answers, it was awkward and we left feeling ripped off and scared for the health of our cat.
