Had a lot of inventory to choose from and staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable.
They have about pathetic service. Either you can't get anyone to help you because they are busy on their cell phones, or they are stalking you like your going to shoplift something. There is no wonder brick and mortar stores are loosing so much business to the internet. Customer service is about a thing of the past, and you won't likely find it here.
Dunhams could be a great store because it has a good selection of pretty much anything outdoors related. What kills it is the lack of people who are knowledgeable. If you have a question about something you spend a lot of time finding someone then they rarely have the answer to your question. It's frustrating! That's why when you go by their store you only see a handful of cars there.
Same as academy sports. Nice things from clothes and shoes. Pricey.
