Terrible! The "groomer" was truly incompetent. She cut the pad on our dog's paw so badly we had to take Lana to the vet to stop the blood. In addition, in two areas, the dog's fur was irresponsibly removed down to bare skin. I'm over 70 and have had dogs and cats as part of my entire life. I've never before seen a pet so mistreated than at Petsense in Lenoir, NC.
We love Petsense. My fur babies have been going there for years to be groomed. The staff is very helpful and know my babies. Just today I talked with them regarding a grass allergy. I highly recommend them!
